Common Sense Return Policy - Best in the Industry
At MyFireplaceBlower.com, our goal is to assist you in selecting the right product for your needs. However, occasionally you may order a product that doesn’t work for you. Our Common Sense Return Policy is what makes our return policy the best in the industry. When you need to return an item, please review our Return Policy below and submit the online Return Authorization Request.
MyFireplaceBlower LLC’s liability shall be limited to the replacement of the goods or a refund of the purchase price. In no case shall MyFireplaceBlower LLC be held liable for incidental damages or any labor charges.
Order Change / Cancellation:
You may request an order change or cancellation by phone as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Since orders are usually processed quickly, notifying us of an order change or cancellation via email is not recommended, as we may not get to your request in time. Please contact My Fireplace Blower LLC at 262-797-9931 to request a change or cancellation.
If your order was shipped before you requested a cancellation or before any changes could be made, you can refuse delivery and we will refund you for the purchase less our shipping and processing cost.
If the order payment was through check or money order, we will refund you by check after 21 business days following the receipt of your check or money order.
We are unable to reinstate an order once it has been cancelled. You may place a new order subject to our current availability and pricing
If you need to return an item:
Simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
A majority items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund via credit on our website. If you choose not to accept the credit, a 10% restocking fee will be required. All returns must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in new condition - no cracks, dents, malfunctions or missing parts.
- Product must be returned in its original packaging.
- A Return Authorization must be requested from the MyFireplaceBlower.com within 15 days of delivery of the product.
- Once a Return Authorization has been received, products must be returned within 15 days.
There are certain products that are custom-made by MyFireplaceBlower LLC or one of our suppliers and are non-returnable. These custom-made products will only be exchangeable if it is determined by MyFireplaceBlower LLC that error was made by MyFireplaceBlower LLC relating to incorrect ordering or fabrication.
These include:
- Custom made to order Blowers or Fans
- Custom Air Movement Solutions
All returned products require a Return Authorization number. Returns received without this number will receive no credit. The easiest way to request an RA number is by completing our easy online Return Authorization Request.
You may also call us at 1-800-466-4045 or email us at Web@MyFireplaceBlower.com to request an RA number. Please include your Order Number, Name and the Item Number you are returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Products returned without an RA number will not be credited. To receive credit, items must be shipped within 15 days from the day the RA Number and shipping information were provided by MyFireplaceBlower LLC.
Return Shipping:
Unless MyFireplaceBlower LLC made an error, return freight is the customer's responsibility. We will be happy to help you determine which shipping method to use once you have requested your RA number. We highly recommend packaging them exactly the same way we did for shipping to protect against shipping damage.
Please be sure to carefully follow all return-shipping instructions that are included with your Return Authorization number. If an item is returned to the wrong address, MyFireplaceBlower LLC reserves the right to charge for any additional shipping fees associated with shipping the item to the correct location.
Damaged Items:
If you discover an item is damaged in shipping, please refuse delivery resulting in the product being shipped back MyFireplaceBlower LLC or a supplier. Then immediately contact us at 1-800-466-4045 or email us at Service@MyFireplaceBlower.com . You will still need to request an RA number by completing our easy online Return Authorization Request. This will allow us to update your customer record and notify our stock manager of damage and inform them the product is being returned. Additionally, it allows us to immediately replace the product with a new product or credit you for the return.
To ensure that your blower or fan return is processed correctly, please follow these packing instructions:
- Box the item securely
- Include the packing slip, all original packaging and all accessories.
- Tape the box closed.
- Follow the return instructions given to you by the customer service associate.
When the original item is received, we will process your return request. If you are not requesting a replacement item, you will be credited for the applicable price and tax less any adjustments already processed. If there was an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your order and any applicable shipping charges.
Cancelled or Refused Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. This policy is the same for Refused Delivery orders. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 10% restocking fee (minimum $5) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
Credits:
Once your return is received, MyFireplaceBlower LLC will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your credit to be issued. If you paid by check or money order, we will issue a check within 14 days.

All returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must include the original factory box (UPC bar codes and serial numbers must be intact) and factory packaging (e.g. foam, plastic, wrappings, etc.), peripherals (e.g. battery, cords, straps, accessories.), included warranty cards (without markings), and all instruction booklets and paperwork. We will not process the return if any of these conditions are not followed.

Retuned merchandise that is lost or damaged during transit is solely the shipper's responsibility. It is important save the tracking information and to properly insure all merchandise being returned to MyFireplaceBlower LLC.
