Our WFK-42A - 69240-45 - 4482900 Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Majestic Warm Majic WMII-42A fireplaces insert to circulate air around the firebox and increase heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit is everything you need to install a blower in your Majestic fireplace for the first time or will replace an existing blower fan.
Included with the blower kit: Variable Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer) which you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the fireplace fan.

this unit is surprisingly noisy compared to the one i just replaced- fyi

Very Fast Delivery
It came very fast. The base did not line up, it was a little wider than the original. I put the old base from the original fan on it after drilling a few holes. It was an easy install. I would recommend it highly.

HAD TO MODIFY THE MOUNTING BRACKETS AND WIRING A LITTLE BIT BUT BLOWER WORKS AWESOME, BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL. THANK YOU!!!!!

Replacement blower
While this part was replacement to a 30 year old original blower that was loud and rattled the replacement part fan oscillated at high speed and did not run smoothly. It was a significant improvement from the original blower it was not a perfect replacement. Customer support with this issue was fantastic. Their response was quick and very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. So the fan is 3 stars, customer support is 5 stars!

Better airflow than original Majestic unit, however the speed control (rheostat) is unstable and so the fan speed and noise vary randomly.

Replacement blower
The replacement blower fit under the firebox just fine. I had to drill two new holes for the mounting plates but other than that the installation was easy. It seems like an awful long cord on the plug I just tucked it back in under the box. So far the blower moves a lot more air than the original blower.

WFK42 for my old Kent
Bought this unit for my old 80's Kent fireplace insert's external blower box. Dimensions seemed to line up better than the failed unit that was in there before, so I took a gamble and ordered. It fits! Blower is quieter, and since it is longer, moves more air! We'll just have to see how it works over the long run...
