Our GFK4B Fireplace Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Heatilator NDV4236L, NDV4236IL gas fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
A speed control module with timer circuit is included with the blower kit which automatically turns the fan ON / OFF at preset times and is equipped with a Speed Button to provide a quiet airflow at the desired speeds. The timer circuit will delay fan operation; by automatically turning ON the fan 7 minutes after the main flame has been turned ON (After the fireplace has warmed up) and turning the fan OFF 12 minutes after the main flame has been turned OFF (After the fireplace has cooled down).

Easy install, Good value for the $$
Customer service was very helpful. Instructions were straight-forward. I could not find the install videos online the day I installed it. That would have been helpful for one of the electrical connections, but I figured it out. Make sure the fan vent at the top is flush with the back wall underneath the firebox. Mine was not initially and didn't get the "blow" out of the front I was looking for. Found the issue (it was my install, not the product) and corrected it this morning.

Perfect Add On to My Existing Fireplace
Ordered this as an add on to my existing fireplace. Perfect fit and fairly easy install. The blower is also not as loud some have said. Great investment for the money.

Great product. I would have given 5 stars if not for the out dated install videos. Update the videos to make this install a little more user friendly not all of us were raised by electricians.... other than that great product and fast shipping.

easy install with significant heating gains
So glad I decided to install this simple addition to my once basic "fireplace". I installed on a Heatilator NDV4236IL-B insert, and the installation kit was fully equipped to do so for my specific application. The instructions are clear, and the process is simple, and there's even videos online to give you a general idea of how it all goes. With basic mechanical ability, you can easily have it completed within 1 hour. The components are very high quality, and the packaging/shipping materials were top notch. I'm glad I did my research and went to myfireplaceblower.com vs. the similar/less well known MFG's. Trust that you're getting the best from this company. I would recommend highly, and refer anyone to make this upgrade to their gas insert. The difference in warmth across the room is amazing. Looking forward to maximizing it's use throughout the years to come!

Great blower - easy install
Shipment was very fast - came packaged very well. Blower unit seems well built - no horizontal play in the fan. Installation is very straight forward with well written directions. Hardest part is removing the clear protective strips on the velcro. Remove the clear protective strips before installation, then re-place before placing the fan under the fireplace - makes getting them off easier. Definitely increases the warmth in the room. I have it set on the lowest fan setting - any higher and it's somewhat intrusive. I could live with it on med/low, but any higher and it's too noticeable.
