Our GFK4B Fireplace Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Heatilator NDV4236, NDV4236I gas fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
A speed control module with timer circuit is included with the blower kit which automatically turns the fan ON / OFF at preset times and is equipped with a Speed Button to provide a quiet airflow at the desired speeds. The timer circuit will delay fan operation; by automatically turning ON the fan 7 minutes after the main flame has been turned ON (After the fireplace has warmed up) and turning the fan OFF 12 minutes after the main flame has been turned OFF (After the fireplace has cooled down).

Blower for Gas Fireplace
We are very pleased with this blower. A little tricky to install in a previously installed fireplace, but the blower has various speeds and allows you to adjust as needed.

Received and installed per very good installation instructions. All parts seem to be of high quality and the product works very well. Puts out volume of air similar to a floor A/C and heating vent.

Easy to install, great product
I would recommend laying out all the pieces and reading through the directions before actually installing the fan. I just jumped right in and had some confusion on what wire was what. At any rate, I did maneuver the fan into place as a test which was recommended in other reviews. That definitely helped. The entire process took just under 30 minutes, so it is not too difficult. Medium-Low is the fan speed to go with as the higher two speeds are too loud. Will be fine as medium-low still pushes a good amount of air out into the room which is all I was wanting. If I lose power I'll switch the speed to high to help heat the house in the winter. Great product, good instructions, happy customer.

Everything arrived in good condition. The fan was larger than expected (good) but was a little challenging to fit into the space .(apparently they all are). Works fine, I don't mind the blower running on full even though it is not super quiet.

Great blower - a little loud
We have had the blower now for a few weeks and are very pleased. It was a little difficult to install after the fact but I managed to maneuver it to the back. We decided to put the fan on med because high seemed to loud. Other than that very happy with the product
