GFK21B Fireplace Blower Fan Kit for Heatilator ND3630, ND3630I fireplace

Compared to the cheap Chinese made knock offs on Amazon, this product is made with real ball bearings and is a quality piece of workmanship. Works as advertised, but also do read the installation instructions in detail before installing. I did the mistake of trying to shimmy the device in from the left side, but actually the "smaller" space on the right is where it will fit). This made my fireplace much more effective as a space heater.

This is an update review. Their customer service has got to be one of the best I have death with in years. I thought the blower did not fit. I wrote a review, not a bad one but one nevertheless. Received a call from the my Fireplace and the tech, owner , whomever gave me a number to sends pictures so they could see what I was dealing with. The problem was me, and after following their instructions things fit and worked as they are supposed to. Thanks guys for you follow up and advice. I will be a long term customer and I would recommend you to any and all for their fireplace needs.

Product seemed ok however it did not fit. I checked and doubled checked to make sure it was the right product that was recommended and it was. Don’t understand why the issue, but it is.

This product is too loud. I would like to seek a replacement that is quiet.

Having this blower installed has made for a more enjoyable experience with our gas fireplace, with that said we find that the fan itself is rather loud and doesn't push all that much air as we had hoped. the space is large enough that a dual fan could probably be used instead for more volume. I'd also be curious if a quieter version is available. The price was fair for what we got.

Very good, better than expected

The kit was easy to install, came with everything needed, definitely creates more heat out the front if the fireplace. My only complaint is the fan doesn't blow very hard, it's more of a light warm breeze. I will still refer friends and family here for blower kits.

Glad I bought this product! The instructions matched perfectly to my fireplace. It was overall easy to install. The fan works as designed and I really like that it has the automatic wait time for startup for the fireplace to get hot first then to take advantage of the heat that remains by still running for awhile after shutdown.

This product is great, I can't believe I waited so long to order this.

Shipping was fast and installation easy as well. The blower does push warm air into the room but at a very slow rate even at the highestfan speed. The fan is placed as indicated in the instructions. All the way in the back of the fireplace with the fan facing up. I had higher expectations as we had fireplace inserts in the past that were much more efficient. In this case it’s just okay.
