Description

Our GFK-160A Fireplace Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Heatilator GCDC60 gas fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This complete fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.

Included with the blower kit: Variable Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer) which you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the fireplace fan and Thermo Switch (Thermodisc), a Heat Sensor which automatically turns the Blower ON after the fireplace heats up and automatically turns the Blower OFF after the fireplace cools down.

    Prefect product. Quick ship, easy install and it works as advertised. Fits well and has way more power than I will ever need. I keep mine at about 50%. Runs pretty quite at 50%. At 100% it’s obviously a lot louder.

    I installed this myself in 30 minutes (most of that time was reading the instructions. The fan works well, and the ability to control the speed of the fan is a plus. The fan is a bit louder than I'd like, but the quieter fan is double the price.

    Quality of the blower is very good. Installation was fairly easy on my Heatilator fireplace. A little loud when on full power, but produces a lot of heat. Great price, super fast shipping

    Works as advertised

    Arrived on time and packaged well for shipping. No damage. It is well made. My son installed it for me in about 30 minutes. I have used it once since and is worked well. Moves a lot of air and quickly warms up the family/living room. On the higher speeds, you can hear it, but on lower speeds it is barely noticeable.

    Oreder was recieved in 4 days ... unit was installed in less then 10 min works as advertised/ super quiet at low speed / not bothersome but can hear the hum at higher speed we were warm and my furnace didnt kick on all evening..sweet

    easy to install by anyone . easy fit , bower volume is better then my old blower unit.
