Description
Our FBK-200 Blower Fan Kit is designed for the Superior BC-36-2 fireplace insert to circulate air around the firebox and enhance heat output. This fireplace blower kit offers a low cost solution to push heat created by the fireplace into your living space.
The intended installation for this blower kit requires a dedicated switch on the wall to turn the power supply outlet in the vent space under the firebox ON/OFF. The included Wall Mounted Variable Speed Control is to be installed where the dedicated wall switch is presently located. Included with this blower kit is a conversion packet, which enables the variable speed control to be installed in the lower vent space below the firebox.

It Blows
I bought this blower to make my fireplace more efficient. I can not complain at all about the price. The shipping was expedient. It was exactly as described as well. But even on the highest setting it doesn't even blow as hard as a hair dryer on low. I can say that it is better than nothing at all, but I did expect more power. -------------------------------------------- Response From: MyFireplaceBlower- Fireplaces can vary slightly for each particular model, which results in varied amounts of air which come out of the top vent. The airspace of the vent are in different shapes and sizes which effect the flowing air's pathway. Please contact us after your installation if your end results are not what you think they should be.
